Peak seasons	During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take longer. To avoid delays, place your order early before the holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options	Shipping options vary by delivery address.
Delivery times	Delivery times are in business days (Mon–Fri) and exclude weekends and holidays. Detailed transit times are listed in the Shipping section on our FAQs page.
Address changes	Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed or rerouted.
PO Boxes & APO	We deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping	Free shipping is available in select countries when order value meets a minimum threshold.
Expedited shipping	Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Tracking	Tracking details are emailed 12–24 hours after processing.
Delivery confirmation	Orders marked “Delivered” by the courier are considered delivered successfully.
Not received, lost, stolen or damaged	If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or it is lost/stolen/damaged in transit, we’ll assist where possible, but replacements or refunds are only guaranteed if Worry-Free Delivery was added. See our Worry-Free Delivery page for details.
